We love the web.

And Suddenly It Was 2007

FireworksHope everyone has their resolutions in place, because there’s really no more time to plan out those fitness regimes, diets, and bank heists that adorn our new years resolution lists. 2007 will be here shortly, and it doesn’t want to hear any pitiful excuses.  As always on this night of festivities, have fun, be safe, and avoid zombies!

Cannonball Actionblog

Night Rider ActionThis one was out of left field, but I noticed an incoming link from this site when I logged into Crashpod today: Cannonball Actionblog! (takes forever to fully load)

Looks like they’re just linking to one of our images, which I usually frown upon, but in this instance I’m willing to look the other way: what better site to be linking to Crashpod than a blog that focuses on delivering fresh daily action to its dedicated readers.

Just look at this introduction:

You like beef. No, you like ACTION! YEAH! ACTION! You want to see some explosions? OK! You want to see some roundhouse kicks to the face? OK! You want to know what might be inside that secret government bunker out in the middle of the woods that no one seems to know about? OK!

My favorite part is the end of each post: HELL YEAH!

[update 1] Here’s a link to the post he used our Crashpod image from. I’m very proud of this.

Off to India

This has been a whirlwind holiday season dear readers. Finishing the autumn term ofindia my MBA while starting a new job in another city and trying to pack for a trip to India has proved quite the challenge! But I have prevailed and am now mere hours away from stepping aboard a flight to the other side of the world.

I will be traveling around the north of India for the next three weeks, taking in the sights and sounds. I imagine my access to the net will be scant but I promise to at least attempt to post some of my adventures here at the ‘pod.

See you all in ‘07!

Rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated!

grave-hand.gifIndeed, I persist. Posting activity on the ‘pod is unquestionably slim lately however, as I’m terribly busy with work, both official and freelance. Add to that a busy holiday schedule, and the required time to post inane commentary on the comings and goings of the web suffers. Justin of course secured a job at the coolest company on the planet, which frankly is a much better excuse than I can offer up. We promise to return to a posting frequency that’s slightly less… aloof as soon as things calm down.

For the time being though, endure.
