Back on the Scene

Rather than posting what has become the “Ryan Special”, a plea for patience due to a lack of posting, I’m changing it up! This time I’m letting you, the dear readership, know that in the coming weeks I will in fact be posting more often.

I’m coming off several weeks of pretty extreme hours, the worst of which was 89 in one 7 day period, which, man. That was hard to type into the old timesheet app. This was the first major site launch I played a fundamental role in however, so I was happy to invest my effort. Website development is a strange union of highly technical programming and pixel precise art, so seeing it all come together, from start to finish has been extremely rewarding. Even if it did lead to exhaustion and far, far too much late night pizza.

In the end though, triumph! What is it that’s demanded so much time and effort from this crashnaut? It’s always sort of hard to know whether you’re supposed to talk about what you work on outside of the office, so I’m not going to name any names. I did notice though, that a certain tire manufacturer has launched a new website. Hmm… Coincidence?
